Symptoms of Repetitive Strain Injury
Although you can get RSI in most body parts, it most commonly affects the:
- Shoulders
- Elbows
- Forearms and wrists
- Hands and fingers
Symptoms of RSI can appear gradually, so that it’s often hard to recognise until it’s too late, the more common symptoms include:
- Pain, which may feel like burning, aching or throbbing
- Stiffness and weakness
- Tingling, pins-and-needles or numbness
- Muscle cramps
- Swelling
